What We Believe
At Mosaic Christian Fellowship, our faith is built on the unshakable foundation of God’s Word. The following core beliefs reflect our commitment to the truth of Scripture and guide everything we do as a body of believers.
The Scriptures
We believe the Bible is the inspired and infallible Word of God. The Old and New Testaments, in their original writings, are God-breathed and without error—our final and authoritative guide in all matters of faith and life.
(2 Timothy 3:16–17; 2 Peter 1:20–21)
The Trinity
We believe in one eternal God, revealed in three co-equal, co-existent persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. Together, they form the triune Godhead—distinct yet united in essence and purpose.
(Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; John 14:10, 26; 2 Corinthians 13:14)
Jesus Christ
We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man. Born of a virgin, He lived a sinless life, shed His blood as the perfect atonement for our sins, rose bodily from the grave, and ascended into Heaven. He now reigns as Lord and serves as our Representative, Intercessor, and Advocate before the Father.
(Isaiah 7:14; Luke 1:35; John 1:1–2, 14; Romans 3:24–25; Acts 1:9–10; Hebrews 7:25; 1 John 2:1–2)
The Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin, brings about the new birth, indwells every believer, and empowers us to live holy and obedient lives. As our divine Helper and Teacher, He guides us into all truth and equips us for service in the body of Christ.
(John 16:8–11; 1 Corinthians 12:4–11; Ephesians 4:7–12)
The Sinfulness of Man
We believe that all people are born with a sinful nature, separated from God and unable to save themselves. Apart from Christ, there is no hope of reconciliation or eternal life.
(Genesis 1:26–27; Romans 3:22–23; 6:23; Ephesians 2:1–3)
Salvation by Grace
We believe that salvation is a gift of God’s grace, received through personal faith in Jesus Christ alone. It is not earned by works, but granted freely to all who believe. Through salvation, believers receive eternal life, righteousness, adoption into God’s family, and the assurance of everlasting security.
(John 1:12; Ephesians 2:8–10; 1 Peter 1:18–19; 1 John 1:9)
The Defeat of Satan
We believe Satan is a real being, the enemy of God and deceiver of the world. Though active today, he was defeated at the cross, and his final judgment is certain. One day, he will be eternally cast into the Lake of Fire.
(Job 1:6–7; Matthew 4:1–11; Revelation 20:10)
